Obituary for Clinton B. Horton, Jr.
Clinton B. Horton, Jr. was born on May 6, 1941 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and was the 2nd of 4 children born to the late Clinton and Florence E. Horton.  He was the brother of Gerald and Carol who preceded him in death.Clinton was raised in Philadelphia and his formal education began in Philadelphia Public School System then St. Emma Military Academy, Bethune Cookman College and Cheyney State University.In January 1983, Bro. Horton was initiated into Corinthian Lodge #114. He was appointed President of the class and raised to the Sublime Degree of a Master Mason in June 1983.  He received his 32'.  He was also selected as Mason of the Year.  He was a member of King William's Red House.  In 1989, Bro. Horton became Worshipful Master.  Bro. Horton chaired may committees.  He was also a member of the Grand Lodge.Clinton was employed at Brink's Armed Car Company for 25 years and SEPTA for 23 years.  He enjoyed watching football and the game shows and cleaning off his car.On Monday, February 27th, in His infinite wisdom God called Clinton home to eternal rest.  Cherishing his memories are his children, Brian and Damon Horton; grandchildren, Monia and Damon Horton; brother Michael Horton; nephew, Wayne Hall and Rodney Horton; lover, ex-wife and friend Sandra Horton and a host of family and friends.

There will be a viewing on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 9:00 AM Grace Baptist Church located at 25 West Johnson Street.  The funeral service will start at 11:00 AM.  Final resting place to conclude at Eden Cemetery in Collingdale, PA.
