   LIFE STORY
Preston Hall Jr’s soul entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, January 05, 2016 at 2:45 p.m. The son of Preston Hall Sr. and Nancy A. Hall, was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on November 14, 1943. Preston was educated in the Philadelphia Public School System. He attended Sayre Middle School and is a graduate of West Philadelphia High School. Buzzy (as family affectionately called him) was a diligent, dedicated worker. He was employed by the Philadelphia Inquirer and retired after forty-one years of service. Very rarely would Preston miss a day from work. He was what one might call a workaholic. Preston was an avid sports fan ~ a sports fanatic and he hardly ever missed a football, baseball or basketball game! Let’s not forget that Preston was truly a ladies man. He loved the ladies!  In 1964, Preston was united in marriage to Inez Riley and from this union two daughters were born, Gina and Lisa. In 1975, Preston and Cheryl Foster were blessed with the birth of Jeffrey Foster, his only son.  Preston leaves to mourn: his loss two daughters, Gina and Lisa; one son, Jeffrey; four grandchildren, Jasmine, Tamir, John (Mack), and Brianna; two great grandchildren, Rasean and Amiyah; a long time devoted companion of twenty six years, Brenda Wright, and a host of other relatives and friends.
